Matt serves as President and CEO of Light & Wonder, the leading cross-platform global games company. He is an experienced gaming industry executive and an accomplished leader known for driving greatness, delivering double-digit growth, capitalizing on new business opportunities, and developing strong customer relationships.
Matt began working for Light & Wonder (then known as Scientific Games) in March 2020. He served as Executive Vice President and Group Chief Executive of Gaming, where he led strategic growth plans for the Gaming team while overseeing product development, production, supply chain and sales of the Company’s Gaming products, systems and services. He became President and CEO in October 2022 and has worked to transform the business into three unique, yet complementary business to collectively build the world’s greatest games and take them across all channels. Before his time with Light & Wonder, Matt spent more than 15 years in a variety of positions at Aristocrat.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Wollongong in Australia and completed the Advanced Management Program at Wharton Business School in Philadelphia. He lives in Las Vegas with his wife and their three daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and competing in triathlons.
Oliver Chow serves as Light & Wonder’s Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Oliver oversees the Company’s global financial strategy to support sustainable growth and maximize long term shareholder value. He oversees the Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Facilities, IT and Procurement functions of the Company.
He is a seasoned financial executive with more than 15 years of gaming, banking and entertainment experience in financial leadership and operational roles. His strong leadership ability has led to enterprise process improvement, change management and developing a high performing team to provide continuing opportunities to succeed.
Oliver joined the Company in October 2022 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance. Prior to joining the Company, Oliver spent over five years at Aristocrat where he last served as the Gaming CFO of the Americas, EMEA and Customer Experience Solutions. His previous finance experience in various other industries include banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and entertainment with Deluxe Entertainment Services.
Oliver earned his Executive MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
Siobhan Lane is a senior global gaming executive with a track record of driving business results through strong strategic and executional alignment, with a focus on building high-performing teams and an engaging culture. As Light & Wonder’s Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Gaming, her superpower is overseeing all aspects of our land-based Gaming business, demonstrating an innate desire to bring teams together to do their best work. Prior to being named CEO of Gaming, she served as Light & Wonder’s Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer and led the North America region of the Gaming business.
Throughout her distinguished career, Siobhan has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Emerging Leader by Global Gaming Business, one of the Gaming Industry’s Most Influential Female Leaders and, most recently, was named to the Global Gaming Business 2023 25 People to Watch List. A strong advocate for women in Gaming, she serves as the President and Board Chair on the Global Gaming Women (GGW) Board of Directors.
Born in Ireland, Siobhan graduated with distinction from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business and also completed the Executive Development Program at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Simon Johnson serves as Light & Wonder’s Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of iGaming. With extensive P&L accountability and a proven track record of driving commercial success, Simon is committed to ensuring the long-term growth and sustainability of Light & Wonder’s iGaming business.
Simon has been with Light & Wonder since 2017, previously serving as the Company’s Managing Director, International - Gaming where he was responsible for leading the land-based gaming business in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia.
Simon started his career in investment banking working on M&A for developed markets at Europe’s leading advisory firm Baring Brothers International. From there, he moved into a variety of leadership roles within private equity and telecoms media technology businesses including senior roles in the strategy and M&A team for FTSE 100 telco Cable & Wireless.
He has led a turnaround at a global fintech business culminating in its successful exit and started his own advisory business in which he delivered the European start-up for a U.S. owned SAAS business in the hedge fund space.
Simon has a Master of Arts from Oxford University.
Josh Wilson is SciPlay’s visionary CEO, navigating the company’s trajectory with an unwavering passion to win. His versatile expertise is evident in earlier positions as Vice President of Product and Operations, Vice President of Product and Executive Director of Social Gaming Products demonstrated his versatile expertise. Josh’s journey in social casino gaming traces back to Phantom EFX, where he served as Director of Online Gaming and Engineering Supervisor.
Nathan Drane serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer at Light & Wonder, overseeing the company’s global game creation across all business segments. With more than 14 years of gaming industry experience spanning Asia Pacific, Australia/New Zealand, and U.S. markets, he is known for driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and developing top-performing products.
Nathan joined Light & Wonder in early 2021 and has led the Gaming business as Chief Product Officer for the past year. In his expanded enterprise-wide role, he is unifying game development under one vision, ensuring seamless collaboration across land-based, digital, and social gaming to deliver industry-leading content. His leadership has been instrumental in reshaping the Best Games Workshop, redefining how game designers collaborate to create top-performing games.
Nathan began his career in 2009 at Aristocrat’s Graduate Program, gaining hands-on experience across data analytics, marketing, and global product management. He later led Portfolio Management & Marketing for Asia Pacific, before expanding his role to oversee Portfolio Planning & Strategy for ANZ & APAC. In 2016, he transitioned to the U.S. market, leading Games Sales & Adjacent Markets, where he shaped product strategy for land-based gaming segments, including Class II, VLT, and Washington State markets. Nathan lives in Las Vegas with his family.
Sue Dawson serves as Chief Legal Officer for Light & Wonder, overseeing the legal, compliance, information security, and government relations functions of the Company. Sue is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of gaming experience across both B2B and B2C operators in a mix of top tier law firms and large private and public gaming organizations.
Sue joined Light & Wonder (then Scientific Games) in September 2012. Most recently, Sue served as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for the Company’s iGaming business, using her expertise to effectively guide the business through significant transformation and growth while managing legal and regulatory risk.
Sue received her law degree from Nottingham Law School in Nottingham, England. She lives in the countryside in Warwick, England, is a mother of two, as well as an avid equestrian and runner in her spare time.
Roxane Lukas serves as Light & Wonder’s Chief People Capability Officer. Roxane is a powerhouse with passion for creating environments where leaders and the teams they lead can do their best work. She is accountable for ensuring Light & Wonder’s People Capabilities are in place to meet the evolving needs of the dynamic global business, that leadership capability at all levels is a key reason we win, and why Creators love to create here. In this role she leads the People executives for each business, and the People executives overseeing our Centers of Expertise – Corporate Social Responsibility; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; Rewards; Talent Management; Learning and Development; and our People Systems and Service Center functions. She is an outcome driven strategist, architect, coach, and a facilitator of healthy teamwork, drawing from her multiple career experiences building, scaling and leading People functions. Her specific focus areas include organizational and leadership development, mentoring, talent management, executive coaching and overall operating culture.
Roxane is dedicated to finding creative ways to build mutually beneficial experiences for our Creators and the company. She was previously the Chief People Officer for Scopely Inc., and TechStyle Fashion Group, where she shaped people strategy, built and led the global People Team, and scaled leadership practices during critical years of change, maturation, and performance. Roxane held various HR executive positions at Electronic Arts (EA), including VP, Global HR for the interactive division including mobile, social and led the team through business transformation and all the talent challenges of worldwide growth that underpin business outcomes.
Always working to lend her talents to others through guidance, Roxane is a mentor to women early in their career and an advisor to early-stage companies. She is a life-long learner, a Certified facilitator of IMPAQ’s B State’s Breakthrough Leadership Team System and certified in Soul Centered Facilitation and “CHH” (Consciousness, Health and Healing) from the University of Santa Monica. Roxane graduated from Skidmore College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature. She also earned a Master of Arts degree in Executive Development from New York University, as well as a MA in Spiritual Psychology for the University of Santa Monica.
Michael Lorelli serves as Light & Wonder’s Chief Strategy Officer. Michael joined the Company in 2020, initially serving as Senior Vice President of Strategy. He played a key role in the MacAndrews & Forbes share sale, led the divestiture processes for the Lottery and Sports businesses and spearheaded the development of our new strategic plan to become the leading cross-platform global games company. He, along with his talented team, manage strategic planning, corporate development, and integration for L&W.
Michael has more than a decade of experience in leading teams to strategic greatness and operational improvement. He previously served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy at DJO, a global provider of high-quality orthopedic devices. There he ran the strategy, corporate development and continuous improvement functions through a period of intense restructuring for the company.
Prior to DJO, Michael was a Director at Dell for more than five years in various roles across the Strategy, Procurement and Supply Chain functions. Before this, he worked for Alcoa on cost transformation work during the financial crisis. Michael started his career at McKinsey & Co. where he developed his ongoing passion for partnering with great people to solve novel and complex problems in ways that create superlative value.
Michael received his JD in Law from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Victor Blanco serves as Light & Wonder's Chief Technology Officer. Victor’s passion and innovative energy drives the Company’s technology organization and ground-breaking ideas into fruition. In this role, Victor works closely with our corporate and business unit leaders to ensure that L&W is leading the digital transformation across our industry and strategically amplify our great games with the latest tools and technologies.
Victor is a pioneering technology leader who is passionate about delivering products that range from low power embedded devices to scalable services in the cloud. Most recently, Victor served as Chief Technology Officer at Aristocrat where he was instrumental in building the technology strategy and organizations that contributed to a successful turnaround for Aristocrat’s land-based gaming business. He also led Aristocrat’s expansion into social casino and casual games and launched Aristocrat’s office and technology hub in Austin.
Prior to joining Aristocrat, Victor served as the director of software architecture for HTC supporting the launch of the Google’s first Android smartphone. Victor also held multiple software engineering roles at Microsoft where he was part of the team that developed the first Xbox game console and online gaming service.
Victor graduated from Texas A&M University, is an avid traveler and huge fan of classic 80’s arcades and pinball.
Brian Brown serves as Chief Executive Officer, Grover Gaming at Light & Wonder. Prior to joining the Company, Brian was the Chief Operating Officer for Grover Gaming for three years. In that capacity, he was instrumental in leading the company's operations and strategic initiatives. Brian also served as the Vice President of Operations at Grover Gaming from January 2020 to February 2022, overseeing the company's operational strategies and contributing to its growth.
Before joining Grover Gaming, Brian co-founded Rex Hospitality, LLC in June 2007, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company from a small team to a multi-unit organization, significantly increasing its revenue and establishing a strong market presence. In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Brian has experience in public service, having served as a State Representative for North Carolina's House District 9 from January 2013 to October 2015, and later as Director of Strategic Operations for U.S. Senator Thom Tillis from October 2015 to June 2018.
Based in Greenville, North Carolina, Brian brings a wealth of experience in operations management, strategic planning, and leadership to all of his endeavors and roles.
